Log in to your PAMM Portal.

Go to PAMM > Funds.

You will be redirected to the Transfer page.
Note:
- A “Successful transfer” notification will pop out at the bottom if your transfer request has been successful.
- When creating multiple consecutive transfer requests, a few minutes of waiting time may be required between creating each request.


Any transfer action by Investors are requests that need to be approved by the Master account to be executed. This may take a few days.
To check your transfer request, go to PAMM > My Accounts. Under the Investment section, click on the Investment account number.

This will redirect you to the Account Details page. Click on the Requests icon.
You will be able to see all your transfer requests. Under the Pending Requests tab are successful transfer requests that have not been executed. Click on the Executed Requests tab. If your request has been executed, it will appear under this tab with a “Success” status. Your withdrawn amount should be reflected in your wallet account.
Note: You can also cancel your withdrawal request while it’s still pending by clicking the Cancel button. It will be executed immediately, and will appear with a “Cancelled” status.
