There are various payment ways you can top up your wallet account with. For those who only have bank accounts, we’ve got you. 💳

CONTENTS
Log in to your Client Portal.

Go to My Accounts. Choose the account you want to top up. Click on Deposit.

Select Bank Wire Transfer in the Payment Method dropdown. Enter the amount you wish to deposit in the Amount field. Click on Deposit.

This will open the Bank Wire Transaction Instructions page in a popup.
Make a SWIFT transfer via your preferred bank, using the recipient account details provided. Received amount should be in USD.

If there is a field for you to add transfer details or message to recipient, copy your Reference number provided into the field.

Screenshot / save the completed transaction receipt as a file. Click on here to upload the file in the link provided.

Note:
- The account holder of your preferred bank account should have the same name as your Blueberry account.
- The method of deposit affects how your funds can be withdrawn
- Withdrawals will be refunded via the payment method they were deposited until the entire amount you deposit via that payment method has been withdrawn. Only then, other methods available in your country will show as an option.
- E.g. $100 deposited via Bank A, then $200 deposited via Bank B. First $100 withdrawn will be refunded to Bank A, and next $200 withdrawn will be to Bank B. After that, you can choose subsequent withdrawal to be through other available payment methods.
You will be redirected to the Bank Wire Slip/Screenshot Submission Form page. Fill in the details and attach the transaction receipt accordingly, then click on Submit. Blueberry will process your submission and refund any applicable transaction fees in due time. If you do not receive the refund within a reasonable period, please reach out to Blueberry’s Live Support via their website for assistance. Keep in mind that refunds apply only to fund deposits and not to withdrawals.
