• It is the investor’s own duty to keep track of their investment and decide whether to top up or withdraw funds according to their own trading objectives, financial situation, or specific needs. There is no margin call or notification given by Blueberry prior to liquidation. </aside>

• All profit and loss sharing are determined by percentage allocation of the total PAMM balance among its investors. </aside>

• All funds in the investor’s investment account are automatically reinvested and used for trading. </aside>

• All costs are borne by investors.
  • Performance fees
  • Swap fees from investor’s overnight trade positions
  • Realized losses when investor withdraws funds (esp., in periods of high floating losses)
  • Realized losses from any trading, market, bot, server, broker, and regulatory risks. </aside>
